Jeff Legault and Kevin Martin Shine On A Tough Saturday At Elmira Golf Club

On a day that saw many golfers playing 36 holes in the US Open, two men played 36 Holes in Elmira Golf Club’s Eldale Valley Classic. The pair of Kevin Martin and Jeff Legault played in two 18-hole doubles matches on Saturday, taking 10 out of a possible 12 points. How did the pair do it? Weren’t they tired by the end? Seemingly not as Jeff made 5 birdies on the front nine to shoot 32 on his third nine of the day. Kevin on the other hand sank 4 puts over 25 feet on his fourth nine of the day. So while DJ and Lowry were getting it done at Oakmont Saturday, Kevin and Jeff were getting it done right here at Elmira Golf Club.
